3. Chargebacks
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to contact Élis customer support before initiating any chargeback request with your bank. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and efficiently.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exceptions
Certain items are non-refundable, including opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective upon arrival. Subscription services or gift cards are also generally non-refundable.
